Granola Recipe by Bambooju

Granola, in addition of being super tasty, is perfect for a healthy and nourishing breakfast. And we like it even more in our Bambooju coconut bowls!

We share here the recipe of Cyril Lignac, a french talented chef, just cause we love it.

Preparation time : 20 minutes
Cooking time : 20 minutes
Eating time : about 3 minutes if you're hungry

Ingredients for 4 people

Granola :

  • 50g of almonds
  • 50g of hazelnuts
  • 20g of sunflower seeds
  • 30g of sweet ginger cut in small pieces
  • 60g blond grapes
  • 100g of flakes
  • 80g of cranberries
  • 100g of dried or candied pineapple cut in small pieces
  • 80g of candied orange peels in small pieces
  • 100g of citron peels in small pieces
  • 70g of coconut sirup

The yogurt and the fruits :

  • 6 big spoons of coconut or greek yogurt
  • seasonal fruits

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.

Put all the granola ingredients in a bowl, spread them on a cooking paper and put them on a cooking plate.

Cook for 20 minutes. Crumble the granola and let it cool down. Keep it in a sealed box.

Put your yogurt in our pretty Bambooju coconut bowls, without sugar. Add the seasonal fruits and the granola. Use a bamboo or palmtree spoon to enjoy your granola.

Tip of our Bambooju chef : add chocolate chips to make it even more tasty. Bon appétit!
